"Called to confirm they fill Mylar balloons from outside, they said yes so we headed to the store with our $5 balloon from Walmart only to find out when we arrived the wanted $13 to inflate it..outrageous price for a little helium..they should do better!!"

"Party City always has what you need. The selection is good, the prices are a little high but the convenience of having a one-stop-shop is unbeatable. This location felt very tight though, a lot of things were hidden in corners and the aisles weren't very big, but they jammed so much in. I would definitely shop here again, but I would also recommend going at non-peak times to avoid crowds and potentially claustrophobia."

"I called this location several times regarding a balloon order for my mom’s upcoming birthday, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful each time I called. I’m from out of town, so my only regret is that when I placed my online order I made a mistake and didn’t select this location for the order. If you want outstanding customer service, I definitely recommend this location."

"Made a BOPS curbside (Buy online Pickup in store) here. I was immediately called and told that things in my order weren’t in stock however I still opted to get my other items. Upon arrival I called for curbside and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I figured they were busy so I called back and just explained I was here for my curbside. 10 minutes later I was given my items including one balloon that was almost deflated. When I questioned the associate she told me it was just because we were outside but I continued to question wh both balloons wouldn’t look like the same. Hours later the balloon never recovered once in a warm house.(picture below) I guess Party City thinks their customers are stupid. Will not be returning to this location."
