"First time there was ok. Second time there was horrible. First thing I said was I’m growing my hair out and want to keep it long. He acknowledges but took off a lot on his first cut. I reminded him I wanted to keep it long and he replies “Ok, Ok”. Then proceeds to cut my hair short! As if he did even hear me. Halfway through the cut he asks me if I want to go shorter! Oblivious to my request. He rushed through my haircut in 10 minutes. My back was uneven and there was no detail at all to my back line. Then ushered me to the front to pay. My appt was $40 for cut and shampoo and when I asked the front about the shampoo, I was told, “oh you want it? You can have it if you want”. Completely terrible experience. I will not be back and do not recommend this place. This photo is just after the cut. My back is uneven and he didn’t cut the hair around my ear"
