"It would be 0 stars but thats not an option. Been going there for years never had a problem until recently. They canceled my apt one day. Then once i did get her in they called after I dropped off saying my dog was not being good to come get her. Long story short, I'm pretty sure it is laziness and immaturity that is in the saloon as well as from the store manager. I'm actually waiting on corporate to check the security footage and get back to me."
