"I've always loved to shop at this place, both for the quality food and supplies for my cats and for the quality people who work there. The employees are very knowledgeable about cats, which I don't always find to be true elsewhere. On this visit I brought in one of my cats in her carrier because we were coming from the veterinarian. I would never leave a cat in the car, so rather than driving all the way home and coming back I carried her in because I knew she was welcome in the store. She helped me make my selections and met everyone who worked there along with a few customers. I'm always excited to arrive home because I know I'm bringing them their favorite foods. I prefer to shop in person and I'm so glad this store is available to me."

"We had such a great visit! We brought my wolfhound Labradoodle in. Sometimes people can be a little bit scared of him at first because he’s so big, but everyone working at the store was exceptionally friendly! We found an even better food for him than the one we intended on buying. We also learned that they have a self-service bath area there. You wouldn’t know it by walking in because they do an exceptional job cleaning and it does not smell at all! We ended up buying some additional dog cookies that were just too cute to pass up. I would give them six stars if I could. The people are excellent the store itself is very well-maintained and we will definitely be back."
