"BOOK STAI! Not only is she talented, but she is one of the kindest hairstylists I’ve ever met. I’ve been going to her for over a year and every single time she does what I want perfectly. I’ve gotten frontal and closure wig installs done by her and they last and look good. Not a hair out of place, lace undetected, nothing too tight.. I leave the chair satisfied every time. But this isn’t surprising because Stai takes her time and makes sure you like your hair along the way. As she’s going she’ll literally ask what’s your vision for the look— whether it’s a side part, middle part, soft baby hairs, no baby hairs, etc— and does her best to do exactly what you tell or show her. THE BEST HAIRSTYLIST IN PHILLY IN MY EYES. And her prices are good too y’all. Get on your zooms and boooook her if your looking for an affordable hairstylist who’s really cool and welcoming :)"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Stylist: styledbystai I paid 200 dollars just for my tracks to start sliding the day off, I tried talking to the “stylist” but she was adamant on that her cap hairstyles don’t slide. I provided her with a picture and she continued to give me attitude and excuses instead of trying to find a solution for us both. All I wanted was for her to re-apply the tracks that fell out due to her own negligence. She refused. I also got there at 11:20am and was the first client physically in the building but I was ignored and my hair wasn’t touched until 1:00pm. The service was said to be 2 hours but I didn't leave until 4pm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and REGRET it! I'm out of 200 dollars and have half-done hair Don't waste your time or money!!! TheY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CLIENTS !!!"

"Let’s start off saying just DONT! I booked with a Braider and had to reschedule. She never responded when I text for dates/times she had available. Safe to say I lost that deposit because of no communication on the stylist behalf. So I book a few weeks later with lizzy. My appt was at 12 I wasn’t serviced until 2. The atmosphere was ghetto and loud. All of the workers for unprofessional and the stylist barely asked WHAT I WANTED! I will never return."

"So my hair appointment was at 12pm I got there at 11:40. I book my appointment with laidbystai that’s her Instagram name but she was a hour late didn’t text me or anything to let me know what was going on, when she got there she said hey boo didn’t apologize for being late or anything. Then her & the braider started to get smart with me I mean why would the braider even open her mouth if the conversation wasn’t about her she needs to mind her business. The hairstylist didn’t understand that I booked a time for my hair not to wait & still get charged 225 no. This was my first time & last time there!!!!"
