At Trending By The Tracks Hair Salon, we require a deposit of 50% of your booked service to hold any appointment spot. This deposit will not be refunded if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Additionally, if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service to ensure it can be completed in the remaining time frame. If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, your deposit will be forfeited.
