"I purchased a 38# box of cat litter on 12/26/2023 at the Austintown Pet Supplies Plus. Those boxes are heavy and an employee offered to carry it to my car for me. They're hard to lift out of the cart, and he did that as well as carry it to my car. He also held the door for me! I appreciated the help and his gentlemanly manners!"

"Very little small animals & no fish. Small for a pet store but Im used to Niles Pets Plus thats alot bigger. 4 stars for friendly & helpful staff. My dog loved them!! Edit: My favorite pet store! They have settled in and have small animals & fish now. Everything is well organized & aisles are wide. Added 2 new family members at Christmas time."

"Very cool pet store. You can wash and trim your dogs here. Plenty of snacks and treats as well. I came in for a leash and collar. Also got a bandana from a local person who makes them. Would definitely return here for any other pet needs I may need in the future."
