"I went for a simple 2 inch straight hair trim not even a layered haircut. The lady cut my hair without even parting into sections, I have very thick hair which cannot be ( and has no where ever been) cut without dividing into sections. Obviously they were all uneven. I went to get it fixed and they said only reason for this was because I have “thick hair” and that they have gone to hair school so they know what they are doing and saying. Most unsettling experience both times."

"Every place has their own problems. I've had good and bad haircuts here in the past. I just don't go back to the same person who did the bad cut. I've never had a bad experience or problem with any of the employees. I still go back."

"I have been using this salon for about 2 years.  Usually, when I arrive I have to wait.  Most of the time it isn't too long but occasionally it has been.  I sit there patiently even though I have an appointment.  The last time I waited because one of their staff had to leave early.  Today for the first time we arrived 10 minutes late.  The lady refused to take my son because she has back-to-back customers every 20 minutes.  Well, she has just lost 3 customers because she couldn't be a little flexible the one time I was late.  I was flexible when your staff kept me waiting. Also, on my last visit, I had this young girl with frizzy hair cut my hair and it was awful.  When I saw the back of my head it had a big chunk of hair missing right in the middle.  The girl literally said, "I MacGyvered it".  I was floored but kindly asked her to fix it.  All she had to do was cut a straight line but for some reason, she couldn't do it.  When I looked at it again it was better but far from perfect.  I still tipped her and left.  I decided that I would go back but would make sure that girl never cut my hair again.  She was a nice girl so I didn't complain. After today's experience, I figured that it's time to make sure everyone knows what kind of service you get from this salon.  I am very disappointed because prior to these past 2 visits I thought this place was good.  It is not okay to refuse a good customer for being 10 minutes late."
