"Due to various change in plans, I rushed myself over to this location to get my drug screening done for my new career on the same day I received my paperwork. I was told this location closes at 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:14 PM without an appointment, and the system was informing me that I cannot be seen without an appointment as there is no more room for walk-ins. Tasha Smith however, came out to greet me and helped see through all my needs even though there should have been no time for me. She gave me very fast, quick, and efficient instructions on what I needed to do. I was in-and-out within 5 minutes and Tasha Smith was extremely professional and efficient. I highly recommend this place to get your work done due to the effects of Ms. Smith."
"Prompt, professional, & helpful. I don’t understand why this location has such low ratings! They go out of their way to be accommodating, to the best of their ability. There is usually only one person working, & customers expecting them to do everything yesterday, so cut them a little slack. Make an appointment on line & sign in when you get there. You’ll be treated in a respectful & professional manner, & be in & out in just a few minutes. And if you’re getting a blood draw, it’ll be the best one you’ve ever had!"
"The entire staff at the Oxon Hill inside the Safeway is very rude and unprofessional, I checked the website to see if I could walk in and got there and the yet I was turned away and; she had the nerve to walk away! I have used quest for years never had an appointment I guest it’s time to take my business else where!! I think it’s horrible to have people on your staff that’s rude and nasty, I recommend hiring a whole new staff and throw the current staff away, like seriously they’re customer service skills are trash."
"Keya needs to do way better if she wants to stay there. I had to reschedule 3 times since 8:30 this morning and finally got lucky at 1:15, only at another location. Time management, respect , honesty , and customer service. At least the basic morals of a good adult would work but she literally put my job opportunity on the line... i wouldn't recommend."
