"I was asked to return to WRA for a follow up mammogram. Something was seen on my first mammogram that required additional studies. I was anxious but when the front desk person asked how I was, I responded “a little nervous.” The woman told me to breathe, stating “everything will be ok.” I so appreciated her kindness, even though I knew she couldn’t predict what would happen. Then I was called back and given a warm drape to cover me (which I thought was a very nice touch on a winter day.). The tech literally talked me through a somewhat painful process by asking how I was doing each time she asked if she could add more pressure. I felt in control and was able to tolerate the process well. Then, the radiologist performed an ultrasound which left things “indeterminate.” She explained her findings and advised that I needed a biopsy and explained how that would go. Then a nurse was patient enough to search to find an appointment the very next day for the biopsy so I didn’t have to worry during a long wait. I so appreciate the skilled, patient-friendly atmosphere of this office."

"The staff was great, but after 10 days they still haven't read it. I was told to wait another 10 days. I feel that is inexcusable. I will not go back if they can't improve their performance."

"Disappointed Liz the receptionist after being put on hold for 10 minutes said no one is available to schedule an MRI and I would get a call back, this happened twice. Still no call backs after a week, when I called in again today Liz decided she was able to schedule the appointment hmmmm I guess business isn’t important to her…"

They are technically competent and put the patient first. Scheduling is easy and check in process is efficient. I’ve rarely had to wait very long but when it has happened they were very apologetic. I won’t go anywhere else"
