"This place is fantastic. Steve is the most pleasant person I've ever encountered while getting an MRI anywhere, and I've had about seven of them done over the years. Same goes for the staff at the front desk. I also liked the layout of the place and the privacy of the rooms where you change. Plenty of room out in the parking lot too for easy drop-off in case you need help and extra space getting out due to injury as was the case for me. There are MRI places closer to my house, but I will drive 5 more minutes to this location next time and every time."
"Had a fantastic experience here. My first time having an MRI done and I was nervous about being claustrophobic as soon as I would go in, but Steve talked to me on the headset the whole time and kept communicating to me how long each picture would be and what noises it would make. I was shockingly never nervous! Steve also let me choose some music to listen to and the Lord of the Rings soundtrack was definitely the way to go! Scheduling and wait time was also super seamless! I had scheduled an appointment over the phone and I had no wait time when I went in. Ashley at the front desk was super helpful and was so quick getting me checked in! Wonderful experience."
"On 10/20/22 it was my pleasure to come to your office to have a MRI on my right shoulder. Your tech Steve was fantastic! He was so professional but his main concern was for my comfort! He communicated with me the entire time! Making sure I knew how long each segment of the test would take! And he complimented me continually on my following his directions!
