"As we all can imagine this type of appointment is not easy. However EVERY single person I talked with or helped me with my procedure was beyond CARING COMPASSIONATE AND KIND. They never hesitated on any of my questions and really helped me through the whole thing. I highly recommend. These woman are doing amazing work and you can tell they care about what they do. I hope I wouldn’t need future appointments with them. But if you’re in a place and unsure and most drs don’t give you all the options. This is the place. Women helping women. Thank you all for making something so hard and scary as comfortable as possible. I’m grateful for every one of you."

"I wasn’t too fond of the receptionist but I did have a pleasant experience after getting my first surgery. Not to glorify abortion but I would definitely come back here. They provided a cover, snack, and water after the surgery. I was also made comfortable in a state of, some what confusion, after being under anesthesia."

"It's a great place, the nurses are very polite. They make you feel comfortable and okay, even if you're feeling weird about your decision. They'll help you with everything you need to know, the nurses work very fast getting the job done. If you're wondering if it's a professional doctor there? (Yes). Also remind yourself its bunch of woman just like you there, meaning you're not alone.) Hillcrest Clinic took good care of me, I was so nervous and scared. At the end the day I had no problem at all, everything went great. I'm recovery right now from surgery, honest wasn't bad at all."

"I was 11 weeks when I came here, I read the reviews, I wasn’t too happy but I could afford it. I didn’t have a good experience all the way until the actual procedure, but the nurse who helped me, saved me. I wish I remembered her name but if she was so sweet and reassuring and just what I needed. This was during Covid so my spouse couldn’t be with me. But this stranger could have been my spouse with the compassion and love that she showed me. Thank you for your staff. She made up for everything else I was feeling. And that isn’t a light statement to be made."

"I have been here in the past, and again today, and it is not bad. The staff (asides from the doctor, and 2 gals assisting during my procedure, and the recovery room nurse) were not very pleasant. The one girl that took me all over was very short, and just not kind or compassionate at all! She hurried you in this room, and then that room. Was NOT happy with her what so ever!! She had a come on and get this over with, I have better things to do, type of attitude. The only other complaint was I waited in the changing room area for a while. I started to get a little annoyed. But all and all not a bad experience. I see folks talking about it being dirty, and outdated. Dirty, no, outdated, yes. But, again not horriable."
