"I took my 2.5 year old to get her blood drawn and the ladies there were phenomenal. They were very competent and helped guide us through the process. My daughter was not happy about getting her blood drawn but they were quick and made the experience a lot easier than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend them for anyone bringing in their small child to have blood drawn."

"I didn't give this 5 stars because when you're getting your blood drawn you're not going to be able to have the best experience of your life. That being said, my blood was drawn well, with no problems & it didn't hurt any more than it ever does. Given that you come here to get your blood drawn I find the place to be professional and efficient. The only drawback is that the site is small and very busy. The staff is professionally courteous, but if you're nice and friendly to them, they will be friendly to you. That's pretty much the rule everywhere. People who are busy usually focus on getting the task done in good time. I have been here a couple of times and haven't ever seen any staff ignoring "patients" (customers), gossipping or using the phone for personal calls. They're focused on getting your blood work & other labs done & sending you on your way. I read some of the reviews last time I was here and was surprised that people were complaining about the facilities & the decor. I've had my blood drawn at many different places & this place didn't seem out of the ordinary. They mostly get paid by insurance companies who deeply discount the rates they pay. They're not paying to seat you in first class, so I don't know what people who seem upset are expecting."
