"The patients suffer while the front staff get to giggle and go about there day. I ran into the office at ahead of the 15 minute grace period. Was told 15 minutes after arriving the doctor was busy and I could come back in 45 days. I was assaulted and needed test run. I spoke with a corporate member who said they will escalate my concerns. I thankfully asked for documentation to say I was 15 minutes late to file a formal complaint. My health is important to me. I can only say from my experience I do not see it was important to this facility. I was asked to come into the hallway and say in a room with others my reasons for coming in. I was trying to be discreet but didn’t know how to say, “Hey my psychiatrist is saying I should come in for xy issues.” And more degrading questions. Thank you for making this event more traumatizing."

"Would not recommend. I don’t usually write reviews but I was really disappointed and embarrassed after this experience. I booked a 2:30 appointment and received MULTIPLE emails confirming that I had a 2:30 appointment. I received a call at about 1:50 saying they’d need to cancel my appointment because they didn’t take my insurance. I sat on the phone for almost 20 minutes just trying to talk to someone. By the time I finally got to someone, at about 2:15 (I’m pulling up to the building at this point, mind you), they tell me they’ve already cancelled my appointment because I was “late” for my “2 pm appointment”. I’m not confrontational, and definitely didn’t want to be loud and wrong (and I was driving, so I couldn’t check my email) so I just said okay, I guess I made a mistake somehow. Nope. So I call back again to see if there’s anything they can do to remedy this. Maybe you can fit me in? I’m literally in the parking lot? It’s still only 2:20, so I’m still technically on time for the ACTUAL time of my appointment? Nope. I couldn’t even get a new appointment for over a month. I sent a long email to the person who sent me the first confirmation, hoping to at least get an apology. Nope. I’m pretty bummed out, because Dr Artis was recommended to me by a friend, but even if I do try to see her again I certainly will not be revisiting THIS location."

"Everyone as this practice is very courteous and cares for my health and well being. Dr. Bouchelion was my labor/delivery OB that performed an unplanned C-Section for my first pregnancy this past January. She was very informative, patient and professional. I am forever thankful to her for delivering our beautiful baby girl!"
