"First time buyer: I called to inquire rather I could change my order. Next I know, order was changed. I requested an email copy of the invoice, did not receive one. Original $25 discount was not applied to new order, but free shipping was. Sorry to complain, but it should be standard procedure to inform a customer of loss of bonus discount if you change your order. Based on the very positive reviews posted here, I do believe that this is not the normal customer care. Sorry for the complaint, but if it was my business, I would want to know. Thank you!
