"I held an event here and the service, food and overall communication to schedule the event was outstanding. Most of my guest stayed at the hotel and all noted the smell of smoke, overall rooms were nice but dated. Renovation of the lobby was in place and unfortunatly only one elevator was working. The only other elevator was a long walk to the opposite side of the hotel."

"The stay was okay. The room was outdated. The GM was very apologetic about our compliants we had in the morning. The receptionist that we spoke to about our concerns whose name start with an R was NOT very attentive to our concerns. We let him know our heater wasn’t blowing hot air, the drain seemed to be broken and it was sitting out on the bathtub. And the soap was not thrown away from the previous people who may have been there before us. He made no effort to solve our concerns and considering we are diamond members was not very pleased with his service at all. And the phone was dirty and had dirt and dust everywhere I end up calling from my cellphone."

"We did a trip to NYC so stayed here along the way, it was the best night of sleep for the whole trip! Whoever was working the desk on Dec 16th in the evening was so sweet and helpful and professional! I didn’t get her name, but that you! They were quick to bring extra bedding and a box fan. The bed was so comfortable!! The lobby had the prettiest Christmas decorations. We had a $30 credit for the made to order buffet- which was delicious. Sure it’s a little dated and the second floor hallway way REEKED of smoke (but the room didn’t! Just the hallway), but it was a great stay and would stay here again! Especially for the price!"
