"Terrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm and when I arrived 5 minutes early, a woman who I saw walk in before me was seated with the nail tech that was scheduled to perform my services. (Gel fill) 5 minutes later, I asked how long before my service, I was told 10 minutes. However, I knew it would be longer as the customer was getting a full set. Just be honest."
"Just done with this place every time i go there it’s always something. I’ve given them chance after chance they not worth it at all. Oh and they don’t take walks ins so make sure you make an appointment or you’ll be waiting for two hours or turned away."
"I love this place and the employees! They are wonderful and treat you like family. All of them are so talented but Ms Kim is my lady. She has been doing my nails and my sisters for 10 years plus and she does them amazing every single time. I highly recommend these ladies and their business!"
"This was by far the worst dip application I have ever received. The man who did my nails not only applied the powder application wrong to the point that there are blotches and bubbles on the nails, but also, after only two days they have chipped and peeled. I will be asking for my money back ASAP. Don’t go here unless you want something very basic like just regular nail polish basic."
