Thank you Kerry! You are above and beyond extraordinary!!! 9/29/23-Follow up-2 of our leather chairs were damaged, one so badly that it could not be delivered. IF YOU HAVE THE TIME TO SIT ON THE PHONE ALL DAY WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE, then order. THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS HELL and ruined my experience with Arhaus!"

"We tried to buy a bunch of furniture from this store. After purchase we were told that the couch we selected wasn't going to be available for 6 months (maybe?). Then the bed we selected wasn't able to be delivered, despite ample room for the delivery, the delivery drivers just refused. Anyway, they have yet to refund us the money for the bed AND we were mysteriously charged another 300 dollars with no explanation. Truly awful experience. Avoid at all costs. Edit: Someone did reach out to me after I posted this and at least finally got our refund to us."

"Similar experience to other recent reviews. Furniture was delayed, which we expected. The customer service at the marlton location is terrible. There was no initiative from the staff to reach out regarding our order. We constantly had to call to ask for updates when not hearing anything after our updated estimated delivery had passed. The sales rep said she would call us Saturday and email us Wednesday - neither happened. We called the following week and spoke to a manager who just "yes"d us to get us off the phone and said she would email is with and update within a week. Again, a week later no correspondence. When the furniture did finally arrive, there were several issues, including missing pieces and small damages. The missing pieces led us to have a pile of furniture parts sitting in our bedroom while we waited nearly 2 weeks for a tech to come with the pieces and finish the assembly. The only good part of our experience was Jordan from the distribution center who was very proactive with communication and helpful in resolving our issues. My hope is the other arhaus locations are more well ran, but do not go to the marlton location given the inexperience and unprofessionalism of the current sales staff."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! I really wish I had read other reviews before shopping here. This store and company is a nightmare to deal with, and obviously our experience is not at all unique. This has been the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a store and despicable customer service. Even the delivery company told us that they lie to customers so they can get commission. First we ordered a couch we were told would arrive by September (this was in July) and after being charged for it were told it wouldn’t come until November. This was a ridiculous amount of time to wait so we cancelled the order, initially intending to select another couch, however in the meantime the matching bedroom furniture set we ordered arrived with everything except the bed, even though I was told it would all be ready together. After another few weeks of sleeping on a mattress on the floor and of using the rest of the matching set, the bed arrived already mostly put together and the delivery company said they would not deliver it because it was too big to go up our stairs. I did not sign anything refusing the delivery. They refused and then took the bed away. Now we were left with a matching bedroom set with no bed AND being told we would have to pay a restocking fee, all because we were lied to and told it was white glove service where the bed would be assembled in the house. They initially said they would waive the fee as long as we reselect another bed. One that doesn’t match. And of course the one they suggested was not on sale like the one we had purchased and cost more than twice the cost of the one they refused to deliver. Talk about a bait and switch. Eventually I spoke with someone about why we rated the delivery one star that told me they would contact the store so we weren’t charged a restocking fee, but when I received my next bill not only was there a mysterious $318.81 charge that I can only assume was a fee of some sort since we did not (nor we will ever) purchase anything else from the store, but the bed they refused to deliver still has not been refunded almost a month later! I am waiting to pay the bill until the proper amount is reflected and they have been sending harassing phone calls about that but somehow can’t get anyone to fix the issue for me. Feels like a total scam. Also, once we had it in our house it became obvious the furniture is way overpriced and not high quality. Save yourself and avoid this store at all costs."

"The furniture is beautiful and as a long term customer, I can attest to the quality of Arhaus furniture. The prices are higher than average. The pieces tend to be chunky and substantial, neither delicate, nor fragile, and not for tiny spaces. The colors are often basic earth tones and neutrals but every now and then, a color like teal pops up. This particular store is in a sleepy outdoor mall in South Jersey. Not crowded at all and associates are very willing to help or leave you alone. Easy shopping."
