"I happened to be in the shopping center that Lady Nails is located in and decided to call to see what their prices were. I spoke with a man who answered my questions and ended up setting me an appointment for 2 days later. When I arrived for my appointment, there was a little wait but nothing I’m not used to. I was getting a set of nails removed and a new set put on. I was initially set up for the nail removal by a woman who was so sweet and very personable. Then, her son Vin came and finished the removal of the old set and the application of the new set. Before he started putting on the new set, Vin took his time going over my options. He was extremely knowledgeable about nail health and the fact that he took the time to discuss the options available and gave his opinion about what he thought would be the best option for me was the cherry on top as far as my experience went. I’ve never been to a nail shop and had someone be so thorough and genuine. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the woman that did them was spectacular. I have nothing but great things to say about Lady Nails, everyone that I interacted with was fantastic and they have earned a new loyal customer!!!"
