"Stay away from TAMMY! I came in to have gel removed and asked to have a manicure with a nail repair polish if they had that available. She told me I would need to put the repair on every day for 10 days. When she finished removing I said I’ll just buy a repair polish elsewhere and if you could just put a polish on for now. She got so visibly angry and began yelling in a foreign language to her coworker. I calmly said nevermind it appears I’ve upset you to which she said she had an appt about to start. The entire salon was aware of her yelling and obvious anger towards me. It was beyond embarrassing and unwarranted. Worst customer service ever!!!!"

"Ladies and Gents please please please do yourself a favor and not go here!! It’s very convenient for me as I live right behind the shopping center. However, I am willing to drive anywhere not to go here. I am a dispatcher and my job is very stressful. This is the one thing for myself to relax and enjoy that hour and half (gel mani/pedi). When I got there I was running behind so I offered to come back. I was told it’s okay pick my color. I went to the young lady in the back. I’m not sure her name but very pretty lady that didn’t seem to want to be there. She completely rushed thru my pedicure and gel manicure, both were done in 37 minutes! It didn’t seem like my nails dried the way they were supposed to. They were peeling the very next day. $70 is way too much to pay for one day of nice nails. Besides the fact that I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I use to go to this nail salon a few years ago and couldn’t remember why I stopped going. I decided to give it another try, that was a huge mistake that will never happen again. These days with the internet, word of mouth is pretty powerful. I intend to make it very known how this place treats people!!!"

"I read the reviews but decided to give them a chance nonetheless. Bella did my nails. She was obviously in a rush, and she made 5 of my cuticles bleed. My nails were uneven and thick. And she charged me 80 dollars for gel and acrylic. This is only my second time getting my nails done, so maybe this is common, but the last time I got them done at a different salon, it was 60 for the same thing. I'm not sure if this is a normal price, but the job was not thorough, and it certainly did not meet my expectations. Overall, my nail experience was not that bad. Honestly, the nails were okay. It's better than I could do at home, and they seem like they'll last for a while. I wasn't going to leave a review because maybe Bella was just having an off day, or maybe she was just tired, I get it. But then when I went to pay I had to pay a dollar in coins (I wasn't expecting 80 dollars and I only had a little on my card because I'm not getting paid until the end of the week) and Bella turns around and starts complaining to her coworkers that I'm paying some in coins Keep in mind it wasn't pennies or dimes. It was 4 quarters. And it was only one dollar. Completely unacceptable to complain about a customer in front of them. I understand I'm a teenager, and we don't have the best reputation, but I tried my best to be respectful and kind. It was very upsetting to see someone look down upon me for things I couldn't control."

"I left this salon a few years ago and decided to give them a second chance. They are so convenient to my home. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!! Full set, coffin tip, dip French manicure with a design and my eyebrows did NOT break the bank and my nails are GORGEOUS!! Best nails I’ve had done in YEARS !!! Mindy did an incredible job, budget friendly (single mom here) didn’t take 3 hours, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NAILS!!!! Wish I would’ve taken before pics!"

"First and last time going. I went to go get my gel removed and Belle was rushing the whole time, standing up while filing my nails super aggressively, nail shavings where flying everywhere, and she left gel still on my nails. The whole process took 10 minutes for $10 She didn’t put any effort into it and made me mad because I did not waste $10 for a mediocre experience!"
