US Nail Spa

"This is a salon that I visit frequently and before today they’ve always did an amazing job I usually see Kevin who does Amazing pedicures he never misses he takes his time he cleans your feet and he’s very polite. Peter who is the owner usually does my nails this day he did not have time. So Anna did my full set, now I have had do my Anna do my nails prior to this appt but I don’t recommend her. She is very rude nasty and unprofessional, she does not listen to your direction and does as she pleases. I let her know that I was not pleased with my nails way before she finished. She ignores me and proceeds to finish as she’s finishing I just take my hands away and let her know I don’t like my nails I went over to Peter who was finishing up a client and asked if he had any time tomorrow to fix my nails and he told me “ no I should have told him before she put the polish on” I was so upset to the point where I was in tears I just paid and left, I found a location nearby named Hair plus nails and they fixed my nails so beautifully thank you to Bessa. Us nails was my nail home until now I will never visit this establishment again. I’m going to post a picture my pinky nail is when Bessa started to fix them and the rest of my nails will be Anna’s work"

"Like I always say, there is some aspect of truth in any review. They master their job but some of them are very slow while others do the work faster and more efficiently.If you don’t have an appointment and come in even before someone with an appointment, you will definitely have to wait which is but normal,has nothing to do with favoritism.I would say they are good at what they do but definitely not the best in the environ."

"They do good work and also take time and don’t rush. Love the eyebrow lady. Also I love that the nails last a couple off weeks (with other salons sometimes they only last a week and they start breaking)with me being a nurse and mom. Prices are great also."

"I went to go get my nails done last week Tuesday, a gel polish and let me tell you it was horrible. The customer service sucks, when I went home my nails started peeling off and when I went to make a complain they wanted to charge me extra to get them fixed. I would not recommend taking your business to them"

"I it took five minutes for someone to acknowledge me after I walked in the door. I went in there to get my nails done and was told to wait five minutes. Then two women came in about ten minutes after me and they both were taken to a chair before me after they were told the wait was about ten minutes. I just got up and walked out. Never coming here again and I’m glad I didn’t spend my money here."
