"Extremely poor management/ownership alongside terrible customer support. Fiance was getting treated for mani/pedi yesterday and didn't receive thorough service which resulted in acetone spilling allover her clothes. Owner didn't reimburse her when clearly the specialist was at fault. She was then told over the phone by the owner she could receive a gift card for much less value than the outfit and then was given an even less value card by the person at the register. Never coming back here, many other salon options out there!!"

"The absolute worst nails I could have ever imagined. I got my nails done this august and forgot to review it. I went back a day after my service for a refund and they said no and wouldn’t even compensate me for the money, time, and energy I wasted going to and coming back to get my money back. They blamed the dark spots on my nails on MASCARA??? I can’t imagine that they thought I was playing with mascara as if it was playdoh. Lucy did my nails and was very unfriendly. I did not get my money back and will not be returning."

"I’ve been going here for about 5 years. I love their work and the employees are super sweet. Tina and Nam are my go to ladies, they are amazing at what they do! Tina is amazing at shaping my nails. My natural nails are as long as they are because of them! I normally get dip and whatever dipping product they use is wonderful, it can last 5+ weeks without any damage!"

"Terrible customer service, they don’t even look at you when you come in. I asked for a basic French with almond shape, she even asked me how thick I wanted the line and I tell her jus for to proceed to make it thick and do her own thing anyway, nails came out ugly and looked like someone in training did them. Never going back"
