"My partner and I needed to get mattresses for our home. We looked at the online reviews of mattress stores and decided to check out Mattress Outlet on Easton Road between Keswick Village and Willow Grove. We were greeted by Vic, the owner, who was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. Vic took his time with us. He questioned us to understand our needs, likes, and dislikes. Based on our responses, Vic suggested several different makes and styles of mattresses, which he let us try out to determine our comfort with them. He didn't push us or try to up-sell us; he let us decide. In the end, we ended up with two new and spectacularly comfortable mattresses (Sterns & Foster & Sealy) for a fraction of what we would have paid at any retail store. Additionally, Vic delivered the mattresses to our home and helped me get them in the condo and set up .... all for no charge. Don't be put off by the no-frills environment of the store (converted garages below a small office building). You aren't there for the ambiance anyway. What you will get and what you will save, by overlooking the bare bones environment, will more than make up for the lack of a fancy show room. Thank you Vic for everything!"

"Recently on a Saturday my son and I went to Willow Grove Mall to a Mattress Store. Upon entering the store, we were looked up and down by a salesman. Prior to us engaging with him he shouted out that the discount mattresses were in the back right corner. It was weird and disrespectful. We looked around a little bit, tried a few mattresses and then left. There was no other interaction with any other store employees. I felt as if they had determined by looking at us that we were not going to be able to pay for an overpriced mattress which would earn them a big commission. We stopped in at Mattress Outlet of Abington on our way home. The woman at the store told me "Please take your time and check out the mattresses today but you will need to wait until Monday to purchase one when my father Vic is here". Went back on Monday. Vic treated us like we were his best customers ever. No rush, no pressure. We picked out a mattress and metal boxspring. Vic delivered them to our house. He insisted on helping carry them upstairs for us. Also, the price was amazing. Mattress Outlet of Abington checked all of the boxes.
