"It is not reasonable to charge the hundred dollar full price for a no show. I understand it is customers fault to cancel in advance but people forget things or something, and it is acceptable to charge like some dollars but not the full service charge. There is no supply cost nor labor cost when no show, how should charge like service provided."

"I just finished up the self-paced nail technician course at Sesen, passing my final exam yesterday. Lisa is an amazing teacher. She never rushed me since she knew I have a full time job, but she was always encouraging. She could answer any question I threw at her and always made time to thoroughly explain anything I didn’t understand. One of the other perks of this course was the hands on learning experience, where we get to use the actual pedicure chairs and manicure stations for our models, instead of pretending to use the spa equipment. I think it made so much difference. A world of thanks to Lisa and the Sesen team for being so nice to the students when you have your own paying clients to look after. I loved it! -Mandi S."
