"The people the work pharmacy are very disrespectful, my daughter doctors sent over her medication to be filled early AM. I got there afternoon to pick it up it wasn’t no proper communication, just Straight we are closed okay I waits. For them to reopen open for lunch went back for my daughter prescription to still not be done , then want me to wait another 10-15 minutes, I wouldn’t recommend no one to come here , we come here and spend money , it’s a hassle"
"This Pharmacy called me in VA for a Rx. For my husband. We live in VA and neither of us have ever been to Maryland. When I called the lady I spoke to told me not to worry that there was another person with the same date of birth and name and that they screwed up and added it under my husband's account. The problem with this is prescription are tracked and would have shown under him. This could have caused a number of issues with future doctors and treatments. Even worse we have no idea if this was some sort of narcotics that would have my husband's name and address on the bottle with my phone number. This is completely unacceptable. I now see why this location has a 1 star. I would give it 0 stars if I could."
"As on writing this review, I've spent 20 minutes on hold, got disconnected, called back to reach someone in the pharmacy and put back on hold. All of this to try for the 4th time to get my asthma prescription filled. Sad thing is my prescription insurance is through CVS, so I'm stuck with this company. I will tell my company not to choose this provider for prescriptions because it really shouldn't be this difficult or take this long. If you decide on benefits for your institution, choose a different company because they clearly can't handle the volume or meet customer satisfaction based on the reviews of this location or others."
