"I really wanted to like this salon, but overall it’s a no for me. The nail tech cut my partner’s nails short without asking and put a clear coat on, even though we told the tech several times that they wanted purple glitter. The nail tech then instead of admitting her mistake, gaslighted my partner and insisted that she had asked if my partner wanted clear, and that they said yes (which didn’t happen). The tech ended up putting the color one top of the clear. The other tech did my nails, but they were very uneven and overly bulky. At first we were just pleased to have our nails done, but after a closer look at the work and experience, I would say don’t go here."

"Yesterday was my second time coming to Luxor and the overall experience was pretty good. However, yesterday I got my eyebrows waxed & the technician ripped my skin off when waxing. Last night, I thought maybe it was just burning because of the wax (even though I’ve been waxed multiple times) but this morning I woke up & these marks are still there and I can’t even touch it, it stings. I’m praying it doesn’t leave a scar."
"I’ve been going to this salon for many years. I’ve seen it transition between three management/owners and I will say , while I rarely have bad reviews, the way business is handled is unacceptable. I received a fill and pedi. It’s not been 24 hrs and my polish is chipped and the fill is not set correctly. For the price they charge, the services and products are not worth it."
"I went December 11. My nails look horrible after the service. I needed a fill-in and two nails fixed. The two nails that need to be fixed don't even match the other nails and the paint is clumpy, which was done by this business. The paint is not leveled out. I woke up this morning and the top of one nail is already chipping. My nails look god-awful and I should’ve just went to the nail salon I usually go to. I was charged $54 for this trash. I will never go back again. I should’ve read the reviews before going. Save your money and go somewhere else. Im so upset. Now im going have to get them redone soon. My nails usually last three weeks but I know this is not going to last more than a week."
