"This salon is a hidden gem in Forest Hill! All the employees are wonderful and they make you feel welcomed. They always do their best to fit you in even if you walk in. But I would suggest to make an appointment. Their prices are reasonable and they take their time. I read some of the reviews where people said the technicians jump back and forth between customers. Once you get to know them, you realize they are doing their best with trying to fit everyone in. I can assure you, just because they may at times need to work with another customer if they are short staffed, they do not lack professionalism or quality! Love this place!"

"In 41 years of visiting nail salons, this one I rate most favorably. The owner and workers are very pleasant and they perform their services professionally w/o rushing. I have been a customer here for about 5 years and recommend them highly. I left my last salon because they were constantly pushing me to try new products and services that I did not need, and I rarely had the same technician."

"Never returning to this establishment. Very unsanitary, went from working on me, to working on someone else, then back to me without changing gloves. On top of that instead of finishing with me, if someone else walked in, she would stop working on me to work on them. As a business owner myself, I know you don't stop and start with a customer like that. Nor do you keep the same gloves on especially with monkey pots and Covid still around. I paid for a service just to feel rushed on."
