"My family took our animals to another vet for 20+ years. When our dog needed an appointment but they couldn’t fit us in, we ended up taking her to Signal Hill Animal Clinic since they were the only ones available. We never went back and have been coming here for a few years now! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Dr. Lloyd & Dr. Biggs have been extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and respectful of our wishes. I never once got the feeling they were trying to upsell us or give us things we didn’t need. You can just tell by the way they interact with your pets that they truly enjoy the work they do. The vet techs & receptionists are also very informative and friendly. It’s such a small thing but they are always smiling and willing to answer any questions you have. Taking your animals to the vet can be so stressful and expensive, but it’s always a pleasure to take our pets here. I feel completely comfortable leaving my animals in their care. Our pets also like coming here (as much an animal can enjoy the vet haha), which speaks volumes about their staff. As long as I live in Virginia, I don’t plan on taking my pets anywhere else."
