"I’m not sure if it’s just racism or what but they were servicing white people while I was there and refused me when I came through the door because they said my nails were too long even though I have a medium set and I got a fill-in two weeks ago, so it’s not a lot of maintenance that needs to be done. I called before coming and immediately when I walked through the door they refused me before even looking at my nails"

"Went in for the very first time for a gel fill-n-. And a nail design. Well the customer service is very poor. Never got my 2nails design and the gentlemen their were very nasty. Will never ever go back there. Please tell anyone u no to never go there."

"Beginning of December my granddaughter and I went to this business, I spent almost $200 between the both and things were a little fishy then and my first time. So, the end of December I took my granddaughter back for the New Year's to get service I took her on December 30th to get touch up service for January. We went to this business it was about 3-4 techs and they had someone, the owner asked what did I need, I told her and all the time never looked up to acknowledge us, she said do you have an appointment I said didn't know I had to have one because the beginning of the month I didn't. So I said can I make an appointment, she said yes but never reached for an appointment book or anything and still didn't give eye contact. So, since she never responded to even make an effort we left out.I will never patronize this business again."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. Place is old and outdated. Terrible customer service. No one greeted me when I entered. Or offered the color wheel of polishes to choose from while I waited. 2 ladies came in after me, separately. And both have been seated before me. After 30 mins of just sitting, I decided to just leave and find somewhere else in the area."
