"I am really disappointed in this cleaning service. We were quoted between 2 and 3 hours but it took 4 hours.had another quote that would have been less money with ORGANIC cleaning and carpet cleaning but I did not choose it because your quote seemed to be less. When we came by to check if they were done one cleaning person was sitting down and they looked at the clock, not the work to tell me how much longer it would be. When I asked to pay the girl told me she was TOLD to clean for four hours. This seems pretty shady considering someone who wasn’t viewing the work was deciding how long it should take instead of cleaning until the work was done. When I brought this up they just resent the quote where they said it could have taken even longer and had to head to another job, despite the girl looking at the time to tell me how much longer and seeing a text that they told their people to work 4 hours."

"I do not usually do reviews but this manager was easily one of the rudest people I had met so here is my experience. I requested a "move-out" clean which included the inside of all cabinets. They claimed they were "confused" about where to clean as well as "the state of the house was poor". Isn't the whole reason you call a cleaning service to clean because the house is in poor condition? I did not realize I had to clean before the cleaning people came. The inside of the oven/fridge/drawers was NOT touched. I tried to contact them about re-cleaning but our lease ran out before they got back to me. I requested a refund where they would still keep the majority of the money. However, they only offer me TWENTY DOLLARS in refund for a $240 service that was not completed. Plus they were rude about it so I would steer clear of Fast Maid Cleaning Services."
