"We worked with Flood Solutions twice this year, for mold remediation due to water damage in our kitchen from the dishwasher leaking and most recently for water damage and mold in our basement due to a crack in the foundation. I was a bit apprehensive for the initial visit but I felt at ease with Megan from the initial consultation. Megan and her team on both occasions were exceptional, they were very professional, effective & efficient and were very respectful of us and our home( (They even wore footies to keep our house clean ). We are hoping that we do not have any future water damage and mold issues but if we do, we will definitely be contacting Flood solution !! "Couldn’t figure what that smell was, dead mouse ? when I walked in bare feet and most my carpet was soaked and the. The back room was flooded : I freaked . Rob and his crew came out next day with a team and pulled carpet without damaging it and we saved it . Removed soaked carpet pad and water clean up , a slew of fans and humidifiers were put to work . A carpet guy came in and cut and replaced my pad and rescued my carpet . Good as new ! I would recommend these guys to everyone - thanks so much !"
