"I heard back from Promotions and was hoping to order my etched wine bottles that I had already had template made 5 years ago, but it doesn't look like it will happen, I did hear back, but trying to get this together, has been a very trying experience, especially since I want to do business with them. I call and call, but no return calls, then I contact someone in Customer Service and that pretty much capped the experience, since I spoke with her initially with no expectation of placing the order, then I spoke with her again today and she is rude beyond belief, so I placed an order with someone else. I didn't get the desired etched bottles, but at least I don't have to worry that it will get there on time, and no more phone calls."
