"This was my first visit and it was terrific! First of all, I am so grateful to the person at the front desk who helped carry in my bunnies from my car to the clinic (it was the day after a big snowstorm so there was lots of snow and ice.) She was so helpful! The two technicians who clipped my bunnies’ nails were so knowledgeable and very familiar with the needs and behaviors of bunnies. They were awesome!! Also one of the technicians helped me carry my bunnies out to my car. I was so worried about coming to the clinic in the ice and snow, but I feel like everyone at Lynn Animal Hospital was committed to making it a positive first experience for both me and my bunnies!!
