"Horrible experience. I'll never order from them again. What is a ghost kitchen?? I found this restaurant on Google maps, at no point did they mention that I was to go to an Italian restaurant Brio to pick up my order. I drove around this lot looking for Nascar Kitchen. After finally getting in touch with Nascar Wings, they told me to go to the Italian restaurant, called Brio to pick up my order. I ordered, BBQ wings, blue cheese dressing, fries, and a coke. For reference I placed my order at 5:50 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:40 PM. I told them my name and they went to the back to retrieve my order, I was handed a bag with a container of wings... warm wigs. Where is the dressing, I asked. We don't have blue cheese, ok I'll take ranch. We don't have ranch dressing, we have cream sauce. Then i asked, where are the fries, the drink???? We only have Pepsi products. They hadn't even made the fries. The manager came and said that this restaurant that i order from, was a "ghost kitchen." I told her that my order was incomplete... how can you not have any of the dipping sauces... how can you miss a drink and fries? Maybe i can let the fact go that they put no Napkins in with a order of wings... maybe. The manager mentioned that they were dealing with a party of 70, and that it's not their "restaurant". My point is that you bagged the order, I am a customer as well. Your brand, your kitchen, your hands touching the order... it's your responsibility. So was i to wait another hour for everything to be remade and rushed... No. I want a refund and transparency. I'm disappointed in the service, quantity and with my overall experience with this company. I called and left a message 30 minutes ago and haven't heard anything since... try at your own risk."
