"My dogs were all cared for by Dr. London for many years himself. I had great respect for this vet because he actually cared about Animals ( not just the check the owner left) I remember many Christmasas ago my yellow lab got her tail caught between the storm door which caused it to bleed with every wag. I called Dr London christmas Eve and unlike most that would refer to local vet hospital he asked me to meet him at his office ASAP. He treated her and took care of all my pets as if they were his own and even when Dr London had health issues he still was always there for my pets. I wish there were more of you out there...what a great veterinary!!"

"had to drop off a urine sample for my dog and was told they were open till 7 and close at 3 the rest or the week. I live 20 minutes away without traffic. i get there at 5:30 to drop the sample off and they are closed. Did the receptionist tell me wrong? I refuse to take my dog to the emergency vet on queen st because they are a joke. will kill animals more then save them. Do you know how hard it is to get a urine sample from a female dog? pretty hard. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with you guys in 30 yrs of bringing my animals there and I'm not happy at all."

"Today I had to put my dog down and I want to say thank you to Dr. Dymun and Shari who took such good care of Mickey. It is such a stressful time when you have to think about putting your baby down. They were so caring and thoughtful about my feelings and they were so passionate about doing what’s right for Mickey.From the front of the house to the back of the house everyone was Amazing!
