"I scheduled a service through Royal Carpet Cleaners to shampoo my carpet in hopes of clearing some stains and carpet discoloration (from me doing a terrible job cleaning it up). Peter showed up promptly and evaluated the job. With very refreshing honesty he told me that cleaning the carpet would not improve the discoloration and it would overall be a waste of money if that was my goal. He even offered up better self cleaning options when dealing with pet stains in order to avoid future issues in dealing with similar stains. He could have easily withheld that information and just taken the money, but he chose integrity and honesty over easy money, which is something that unfortunately does not happen much these days. I really appreciate this type of service and if I do decide to do any future carpet cleaning, I can guarantee that I will choose Royal Carpet Cleaners."
