"Mr. Jackson is very professional and courteous. He was punctual, friendly, wore a mask and had good communication. He was up front about the fact he started with carpet cleaning and has added hardwood floor refinishing over the years. His prices were very reasonable (although partly because it is the homeowners responsibility to move all furniture). Our floors do look better but not as good as I was hoping for. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations. There are still areas that we can see where our dogs scratched and some other areas he went back over with stain but then didn't blend. He also did some carpets for us and those were fine."
