"Love this location. The employees are friendly and go above for their customers. I always order the tuna sandwich with extra tuna and they made sure that everything i asked for was provided. The manager is kind and always display a smile and that goes a long way. I was grateful to receive a lemon drop cookie which is my fav cookie from Panera. Will always patronize this location. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the great job everyone. Yall are truly appreciated by the Panerians lol."

"Took my niece to eat in evening they’re tables not clean, yet girls behind counters snapping pictures while helping customers or walking around on phone, no one speaks maybe I just came at wrong time…..sandwich melt was okay, fruit had black stuff on it and the papaya drink taste like straight flat water out faucet. Definitely gonna try a different location because this one ain’t it"

"I had a very different experience today. I constantly shop from many branches of Panera Bread. I have a subscription to the beverage. Today I went to Panera in Havertown to get cold iced coffee. I asked the employee I wanted liquid cane sugar to have 5 pluses, but the employee in a suit dress guy said with a very rude language that it was too much and would not give it. It's the first time I've ever experienced something like this in the panera restaurants where I shop almost every day, and it was really sad. I will never go to that branch again. Because the employees of the panera restaurants in the vicinity are much more polite."

"First and last time I will ever come here. For one it's a restaurant that doesn't act like a restaurant. You order food, pick up the food, sit yourself and clear your table and they ask for a tip. 2. The cooks or whoever makes your food is so unprofessional, I don't want to see your belly Ring or your stomach at that.. while making food... Won't be coming back"
