"Bar Windows have streaks of soap especially when sun is on them The men used the tap by the side of the house and used the hose to wash the top windows. They trampled on the grass and left a huge paddle of mud destroying the grass(Mr. Santos you are welcome to come and see). Then threw the hose nozzle in the grass far from where they found it instead of returning it where they found it attached. I have bush plants by 3 windows. The men stated they cleaned them until they were challenged to come inside to see the still dirty window, then they obliged but still insisted they cleaned the front windows which they didn't but all these were charged. Talked to Mr. Santos who came and cleaned the front windows but ALSO didn't clean the side windows NEITHER did he offer to reimburse or clean garage windows instead of the three windows that were NEVER cleaned. As nice as Mr. Santos was I wouldn't use this company again and also they never disclosed that the bay widows were a $25/window to clean and these are small "bay"windows which was not previously disclosed. Always inform customer first."
"We used S&J for several years at our old home. When it came time to do the windows and house washing at our new home we did hesitate in calling them again. The guys consistently do a great job at what we think is a fair price."
"We used S&J because they were recommended by friends. They did a good job on cleaning our siding and windows, but damaged our deck and broke an exterior light because they used excessive water pressure. When the owner came to give us an estimate, I showed him where the deck railings had been painted and he said they would use low pressure to avoid damage. When I sent him photos of the damage, he said that the paint was old and refused to take responsibility. We will not use them again."
