The manager at this store was super awesome about ordering in a new pair for me and had it for me to exchange by the following day! "Upon entering the store I noticed the lack of music, organization of shoes, and lackluster service. I was able to manage to find a pair of shoes that I was looking for however they only came in “wide“ so my chances of getting a normal shoe were dashed. I bought the shoes found out they’re too big for me (even though the clerk reassured me that some people don’t see the difference in wide and regular ) and I am unable to return them since I use them once. Good luck going if you wish to use this store."

"Terrible experience, the customer service at this location is atrocious. I bought a pair of boots online, I received them in less than a week which was nice. But the boots were the wrong size when I tried them on. All I wanted was exchange them for the right size and they didn't want to take them because there was "carpet fiber" on the bottom of the boot. After discussing it with clerk I managed to get a refund. But they said it was out of courtesy..... Yeah no! I'm the customer the courtesy that's going on is me spending my money to do business, you as the product provider are not giving me squat! I'm the money spender I'm the customer and I expect you to make my experience worth while, it is not the other way around. I will never do business here again or another location, to others out there save your money and and go somewhere else and pay a little extra."
