"I know it's only McDonald's. I ordered food, paid at first window. At 2nd window handed me my bag. It was missing 2 burgers out of a 4 Burger with nuggets order. I looked in bag, then them. Do you want more sauce? I said, no I'd like the 2 burgers missing. They rudely reply, you only ordered 2 burgers.. I said no I ordered 4 and paid for 4. Then they ask for my receipt. I lol and say, you're acting like I just came back after leaving 30 minutes ago, I just came from 10 ft away paying at other window you can see what I ordered. So I gave them the barely legible receipt due to printer's low ink.. so I had to open my app up to show them my order I just had made, only then did they give me my food.. and it was the night manager and employee at the window.. You guys cry you want $15 an hour lmao"

"Terrible. I’m so sick of buying food that they never put in the bag. I get home.. it is not there. I pay for it…but not there. It happens on the regular. They need to revamp this entire place and retrain their staff. No one ever gets the order right. Disgrace."

"This location gets my order right more than any other in the area. The coffee is good (for a quick-serve on the way to work), the service is typically good, and the drive thru is generally very quick. Just avoid the twenty minutes or so before the changeover from breakfast to lunch, and the peak rush hour pickups, and you get in and out."
