"I picked up an item for someone that was supposed to be altered and dry cleaned & was given a hard time. Not only is this place disorganized, the system that is set up for pick ups is piss poor. I communicated that I didn’t have the receipt but had all of the other info needed to pick up dry cleaning items, I typically frequent another cleaning company and the only thing that’s needed is the phone number on the account. Nonetheless the computer that is located in the front of the business is obsolete, there are piles of receipts all over the front, all of the clothes that are being altered are all placed in the same pile without any tags attached to be sure you’ll receive the correct item or that your item(s) will not be misplaced. If you’re not getting your altered item dry cleaned after, please be sure to wash it at home or somewhere else to ensure cleanliness before wear. I spent about 20 minutes attempting to assist the owner find the lost item, I provided her with the name and number attached to said item and still to no avail she was unable to find the clothing item. She initially told me I was at the wrong location, continuously asked what type was dropped of and then she stated that she’d have to look for the item later and would contact me after she was able to find the misplaced item. She also manually started looking through the dry cleaned section where she finally was able to find the missing item I was there to pick up. Once the owner was finally able to locate the misplaced item she started being extremely rude and defensive. I had to ask her SEVERAL times, in the mist of her rant, to please allow me to check out so that I can go as I was already waiting 20 minutes while she ran around like chicken with her head chopped off as if she was in a scavenger hunt. Please avoid this place, there are far better dry cleaners in the area. If you do decide to go her please be sure to take pictures of all of the items you drop off for reference just in case you’re in a similar situation."
