"We stopped in here on Saturday 12/30 for lunch after The Battle of Trenton re-enactment at Mill Hill Park. I had a Trenton burger with a Guinness stoudt. The burger was grilled to well done perfection and topped with a slice of Taylor pork roll with cheese. My friend had a chicken sandwich that she said was absolutely delicious. Our bartender/server was very friendly and helpful answering my friends questions about the various drink specialties. They both enjoyed their choices!!! It was a very enjoyable lunch and social experience. We will be going back to try their smokehouse ribs brisket pork n chicken menu choices. Stop in and check them out."
"Went to TBE in Ewing today for the first time. Ordered the Zaire sandwich; my sister had chicken, cabbage and yams…….both for take-out. On the way home (yes, was hungry) I tasted the yams and cabbage, both delicious. My sandwich was WICKED DELICIOUS ! The Zaire special sauce…..the sandwich role……the chicken……combined for a delightful symphony of flavors!!"
"Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! Definitely worth our 45 minute trip here! Fried chicken is delicious, tender & moist! Collard greens are a definite treat! Corn bread is a special recipe and I would for sure be tipping the scales if I lived any closer! Gotta try this restaurant! Owner and staff are lovely!"
"Food was so delish! Each person in our party tried different dishes and we were very pleased. Steak was tender. Salmon was moist and seasoned well. Shrimp was great. They offer so many soulfood options. For those who are conscientious about pork, they DO NOT season their veggies with pork. There is food for everyone. You won't regret it!"
