"Rude Hispanic blonde haired short manager is both unwelcoming and stingy. She’s on her phone 24/7 and hates to get off it. She’d rather talk with the employees than help a customer. If you don’t want to be nice to people don’t work with them. She should be fired immediately."

"Witnessed the employees being rude to seniors and forcing them to use the kiosk and not letting them pay cash. Also charge 50 cents for sauce. Would recommend going to any other McDonald's. Manager is extremely rude to all customers"

"Omg ordered 4 Big Macs 25.00. So messy they fell apart!! So bad n disappointing. The guy at 1st window was very professional n the girl that gave us food was nice but whoever making sandwiches needs to be retrained asap!!"

Customer Service:

"I deliver for a service - went in and stood there for about 10 minutes when I decided to yell out for assistance - as no one even looked my way. This woman, who must have been like a lead or supervisor, I know she was not a manager but clearly oversaw the other workers, looked over and yelled we are busy you have to wait. Nice. Other people waiting too that were annoyed. after 10 more minutes I asked another girl for help, and the manager came over and said "there is no order for this service" and it was probably picked up already. REALLY?? after all that time, she couldn't have just looked and saved me 20 mins? The staff seemed overworked and only paid attention to the drive through, not the customers inside at the counter. The manager was very unprofessional, nasty and rude. Would not recommend or want to deal with them again"

"We were there for a quick fix and took a rest on our way to New Hope. The decor is bright and the maintenance was great especially their restroom. We got a cup of medium Hot Latte and a Cinnamon Roll which are our go-to’s to share. Both drink and food were decent with reasonable price. We would suggest to download their app and join the reward program."
