"Dallas is an absolute wizard! But I'll get to that in a second. I found Dallas after calling every single carpet cleaning company within 20 miles. My husband spilled Gorilla Glue on the carpet and every single company I called told me, without hesitation, that it could not be removed. When I called Dallas, he was so confident, that he said he could do it with zero hesitation in his voice. Fast-forward to the day of our appointment, and he hadn't shown up by 30 minutes after the appointment time. I left him a message and he called me back from his hospital bed. The poor man had just had major surgery and was apologizing profusely for forgetting to call and reschedule. That is some serious freaking work ethic. From his hospital bed!!! You can't even make that up. Lol Today was our makeup appointment, and again he was apologetic for being in the hospital. I love this guy! Lol He got down on his hands and knees and spent about 45 minutes hand-removing every spec of glue that other major companies told me was impossible. He is so good at what he does. I absolutely recommend him. You will not be disappointed. This man takes so much pride in what he does and it shows. TL;DR - Dallas is a rock star with tremendous work ethic, and he was able to remove Gorilla glue from my carpet when dozens of other companies said it can't be done."
