Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Time and time again this place disappoints. After enough terrible experiences, it was time for a review. To start, they are always out of ingredients no matter the time of day. Today it was lettuce, chicken and vegetables…half my order. The rice is grossly undercooked and might even be crunchier than the chips. The sour cream is basically water. I’ve given this location enough second chances but I can’t justify it anymore. It’s a shame there aren’t any other locations nearby cuz this place STINKS. Management should be ashamed. Would give 0 stars if I could."

"Not sure what the lettuce is about and the rice is undercooked. It’s cheaper than the Rockaway location for some reason but I guess you get what you pay for?"

"Horrible food. Horrible service. This Chester location likes to skimp you on food. I ordered a “Double” carne asada meal and was given less meat than when I order a regular portion. I asked the employees if they believed that this was a double portion and everyone of these KIDS said the same thing. “I didn’t make that”. When I asked them to rectify this issue and give me the portion I paid for I was looked at like I had 10 heads and 20 eyes. The issues I’ve had with this specific location in Chester seem to be a pattern. As other patrons have posted reviews about the hard rice, disrespect from the employees, and trashy atmosphere. When will the owners decide to wise up and make a change? This location has potential to be a great restaurant. It begins with respecting the customer."

"1st off- I don’t think my review will make much of a difference because everyone else seems to say the same but in case you need another reason….The Manager had a disgusting display of disrespect with my mother when we asked for a refund of the chips and guac we never received (orders are never right here so we should have known). I have never been so disgusted by behavior of another human being let alone an employee at any institution. Don’t give your hard earned money to these people and establishment."

"Okay for starters I love chipotle, I do and I’ve NEVER! Had the issues I’ve had until I started ordering from this Chester location! They always, and I mean always!!!! Mess the orders up. Tonight was the worst prompting this review. Not only was the food inedible but the portion size was disgusting considering 30$ were spent. I got a chicken bowl and they forgot the chicken! As well as the sour cream and the cheese! My moms order they forgot the sour cream and tomato! And the best part they make it so damn hard to get a customer service phone number or the bot doesn’t work. So how am I supposed to get my money when it’s damn near impossible. I will NEVER! Give this location my business ever again."
