"This chain usually has excellent food and that was also true during my visit here. The food was all prepared as ordered and came out fast for our party of 5. I had to subtract 1 star because: - staff doesn't greet guests or thank them for their visit on their way out. - soda dispenser was out of ice and the drinks were warm - an ice tray with scoop was provided (not very hygienic since they left the scoop with the handle touching the ice). Even then the drinks were lukewarm. I understand equipment may break and a 'solution' was offered, however, the customer needs to be informed of this when placing the order so they can decide accordingly."

"AWESOME burger, fresh ingredients, great service, decent prices. Will be back! UPDATE 2024-01-17: it took me six years to get back here, but let me tell you, am I glad I did. This burger was epic, cooked to perfection, and HUGE. The fries were amazing too. Recommended 10/10!"

"More like Noo-yah if you ask me. The fries were very soggy and greasy. If that's what you like then you will enjoy it. But I prefer my fries crunchy and crispy. The burger was ok. The beef patties were thin and I didn't particularly like the bun. It was dry and not fluffy. The turkey burgers were pretty good but it's the frozen patties you buy from the store. Service was so so. I prefer Five guys. The price of their double Patty burger is cheaper than the single Patty burger here."

"$15 for a Mooyah burger, fries, & soda. Fries are on the soggy side, almost like Five Fuys. You can choose to have "artisan" bun or lettuce leaves for a no carb option. The artisan bun was airy and almost croissant like, ie, buttery. I don't recall them being like that before. The beef itself was ok with a sliver of tomato. The women's restroom was all wet inside with no soap. I wanted to wash my hands but just felt disgusted being in there."
