"I booked the appointment online. A Leppo carpet representative called and confirmed the appointment. Not only did I remove all of the furniture in my home I also boarded my dogs. Only to have them no show! When I called to find out why no one showed I was given three separate excuses while I was placed on and off hold. The carpet cleaner called this morning and no one answered. The carpet cleaner wanted to know if he could send someone else. The carpet cleaners van wouldn’t start. And the best one, the had my zip code wrong and they couldn’t find my house on GPS. No apology was offered and I was blamed for missing their call. And they denied having spoke with me to confirm earlier in the week. Absolutely horrible!!"

The carpets look brand new after the cleaning and he was able to get out some stains from my puppy’s accidents. Very happy with the outcome and definitely at a good and reasonable price point.
