"After what seemed an eternity in line after I ordered only one item - a medium french fry, no salt. Why was there a young man outside the pick-up window handling my order? Why did I hand my money to one young man and have to get my fries from another young man? After being in line a long, long time, when I received my order of only one item (medium french fries, no salt) it was lukewarm. By the time I parked in their lot to eat, my french fries were not warm. In my time ordering and receiving my solitary medium fries without salt from another Chick-fil-A, I have never received lukewarm fries. I only ordered one thing ... it took forever to get to the window and the extra person handling my fries and the lack of hot temperature in the food made my dining experience disappointing. I suppose I will not go to this Chick-fil-A again."

"It doesn't seem to matter what location you go to it is good. This location is no different. We went over because it was convenient from Best Buy. Unlike most fast food chains, they always seem to have extra staff. They are always friendly and get the order right. There is no need to use a kiosk like other places. They bring your order to you and even that is friendly. When I went to dump out tray, a staff member took it from me. Yes, I can dump my own tray, but they really seem to want to help. Great chain, great location, great staff."
