"they are always out of something when you order chicken from behind the counter. tonight I ordered 5 spicy chicken strips and they didn't have any and I could wait 10-15 minutes. how can they be out when there were three associates just standing there with no orders to fill as they didn't have any customers? the western fries were also soggy, and the previous time they were out of hot sauce."

"Was NOT expecting it to be as good as it was! The chicken sandwich - the breading was a bit dry but the chicken was so so good! Just add mayo or something and you'll be pleased. Western fries were basically lightly fried potatoes which we LOVED - not some measly crispy fries but some good old potatoes."
